The pricing is calculated based on two variables: the paid plan of your choice, and the size of your team that will be using the platform. Once you've decided on which plan you'd like and how many users will be using juno.one in your company, you can choose the plan: month-to-month or annual. The yearly payment is made in one full installment, but it's got a considerable discount compared to the monthly installments.
Yes, it is possible to choose how you pay for your plan – either per year or per month. Just select the “Monthly” option on the Billing tab in your juno.one admin settings section, and you will be able to pay on a per month basis. However, there are no discounts on the monthly plan, so we highly recommend considering the yearly plan which has some considerable discounts.
If you need to buy more users and you exceed a price milestone, you automatically pay a lower price. You can choose whether you want to top up users annually or monthly. By increasing the number of users, your price decreases for each user. This means that you are topping up your credit for the next annual period with juno.one.
Once you purchase a yearly or a monthly subscription and would like to cancel it, you can do so from the Billing tab in the admin settings section. In order to receive a refund for the remaining period upon cancelling your plan, you need to reach out to us and we'll take care of the refund. You will be refunded the amount remaining from your subscription and your license will be immediately terminated. Yes, if you purchase a yearly plan, you will receive a approx. 30% discount from the total price. Students and non-profits may also be eligible for a discount, or even receive a free license.
Only the admin of juno.one or people with the right set of permissions can manage the billing settings. In the admin section of the juno.one settings, go to the Billing tab to view your billing history, invoices, payment details, plan type and more. Need help with managing your billing details? Yes, You can make changes to your plan at any time by getting in touch with us at sales@juno.one and requesting the preferred plan change. The difference in the plan price will be subtracted from your next payments.
Yes, we offer an on-premise version that we are able to configure and deploy on your servers on request.

Juno.one is built on strict security requirements and protocols to secure your data, such as ISO/IEC 27001 and GDPR, and is undergoing regular security audits and assessments. We are using procedural and technical security measures to preserve the integrity and security of your data, while consistently adhering to the strictest data protection laws.
We accept the following payment methods: Credit cards supported by stripe.com (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Carte Bleue, Union Pay). The file storage in juno.one is dependent on your plan: Free 50 MB Business 500 MB Enterprise 500 MB On-premise Unlimited (depends on your own storage size)
