Docs Pages
A Docs Page is the actual document within the Docs module. It contains the content, such as text, images, tables, or other media. Pages are the fundamental units of information within the system.
Page properties
- Owner: The primary user responsible for the page.
- Collaborators: Users who have access to edit or view the page.
- Labels: Keywords or tags for categorizing and searching pages.
- Comments: A section for discussions and feedback on the page content.
- Favorites: A flag indicating if the page is marked as a favorite by the user.
WYSIWYG Editor Features
Our WYSIWYG editor offers robust tools for efficient content creation. Key features include:
- Structured content: Multi-level headings for hierarchical organization.
- Text formatting: Bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, marker, and font color options.

How to Create Page
Open topic you want to create page in and click on New page
button.
In opened window type Name(required), set Owner, add Collaborators and Labels
After creating page your are automatically redirected to that page.
Page layout
- On the left side there is section where you see your opened document. There you can easily browse through your docs and open different pages on the spot.
- On the right side there is comment section for easy collaboration.
- Both side sections can be hidden by toggling buttons in page name bar.
How to Edit Page
In the open window, you can update all core page elements. You can also move the page to a different Space or Topic here.
How to Delete Page
Click on menu icon
and select Delete
in dropdown menu.
In opened window confirm the Deletion. Pages and their content are stored as inactive and can be eventually restored later.
How to Restore Page
First click on filter
and select Show with deleted
to see deleted pages.
Find the page you wish to restore and click on menu icon
. Then select restore
from dropdown menu.
Confirm the action in modal window to complete restoration.
How to Clone page
Click on menu icon
and select Clone
in the dropdown menu.
A new create window will open with prefilled details copied from the previous page. You can edit these details before confirming. Please note that comments from the original page are not included in the clone.
How to Share page
Click on menu icon
and select Share
in dropdown menu.
Your Page URL will be copied to your clipboard for easy sending via message or email.
Docs Spaces
A Space is the top level of the Docs module. It's a container where all related Topics and Pages are placed.
Docs Topics
A Docs Topic is a sub-category within a Docs Space, used to further organize documents based on similar themes or projects. It acts as a virtual folder for grouping related pages.
